Our story
From home kitchens to Icknield Street
Aara began with family recipes cooked at home for the people we love — slow biryanis sealed under dough, tandoor tikkas marinated overnight, homestyle curries tempered with curry leaves and mustard seeds.
Today that same patience runs our kitchen on Icknield Street. Nothing rushed, nothing artificial — just wholesome ingredients and craft you can taste.
